Data collected and purposes

Booking requests

When you submit a booking request through the website’s form, the following data is collected: surname, first name, email address, telephone number, dates of stay and number of guests.

Purpose: processing your booking and communicating about your stay.
Lawful basis: performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).
Retention period: 5 years from the end of the stay, in accordance with accounting and tax obligations.

This service is provided by OpenPro, a data processor acting on our behalf under a GDPR-compliant contract.

Contact by email

If you contact us directly by email, your contact details and message are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, then archived for a maximum of 3 years.

Lawful basis: legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

Cookies and trackers

This website does not install advertising cookies or behavioural tracking tools.

Technical logs necessary for hosting, security and the proper operation of the website may be processed by Vercel. The website does not install advertising cookies.

The OpenPro booking widget may set functional cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work, such as maintaining a session. These cookies are not used for advertising.

Data hosting

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (Covina, California, United States). Transfers of data outside the EU are governed by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
